Welcome to Innova Corsetry, LLC (“Innova Corsetry,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Custom-Made Products

Our custom corsets are individually designed and handcrafted according to the customer’s measurements and approved design selections.

Each custom order is unique and cannot be resold.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all measurements, fabrics, colors, style selections, and design approvals before production begins.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid.

4. Payments

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.

5. Production Times

Estimated production times displayed on our website are estimates only.

Production schedules may change due to order volume, supplier availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

While we make every effort to meet estimated production times, they are not guaranteed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate body measurements.
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Carefully review and approve design selections.
  • Provide accurate shipping information.

Failure to provide required information may delay production.

7. Design Approval

Customer approval of measurements, fabrics, colors, style, and design details authorizes Innova Corsetry to begin production.

Once production has begun, approved design selections cannot be changed.

8. Intellectual Property

All corset designs, patterns, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, product descriptions, website content, and branding remain the exclusive property of Innova Corsetry, LLC.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Product Variations

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in stitching, pattern placement, fabric texture, color, and finishing details are normal and do not constitute defects.

10. Shipping

Shipping times begin after production has been completed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted that policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innova Corsetry, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Force Majeure

Innova Corsetry shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Hurricanes
  • Floods
  • Fires
  • Pandemics
  • Government actions
  • Customs delays
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Supplier shortages
  • Labor disputes

Such events shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

14. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Innova Corsetry before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.

In the event of a chargeback, Innova Corsetry reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, including order confirmations, design approvals, measurement records, email correspondence, photographs, shipping records, and any other relevant evidence demonstrating fulfillment of the customer’s order.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States.

Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto Rico.

16. Changes to These Terms

Innova Corsetry reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
